How do I register?

On the homepage you will see a button inside the green log in box on the right side of the screen. Click it, fill in all the details and the Autobid Team will approve your application. Please allow 5 working days.

How much does it cost?
Its free to register as a buyer in 2013

How do I buy through Autobid?
You can bid electronically for any car on Autobid right up to the minute the auction closes. There is also an autobid function that will allow you to bid automatically to a maximum bid set by you.

How do I pay for any purchase?
If you are the successful bidder, Autobid will send you a link with an invoice for its fees with a button to pay immediately by card or Paypal account. Once paid Autobid will further furnish you with transfer details for the total cost of the vehicle for which you have 48hrs to complete.

Where can I see and collect?
Prior to the sale the unit is viewable at the sellers location. Collection locations will be included in confirmation of purchase email. Autobid will also arrange for transportation at preferable rates through our national partner NVD.

Are there warranties?
No, vehicles are bought on a sold as seen basis and Autobid give no warranty to the vehicles or the descriptions provided by the seller. The seller is however bound by his terms and conditions of use which means they have signed up to adhere to the highest of standards with descriptions of units.

What happens if I don’t pay the fee immediately?
The unit will be sold to the underbidders and you will be removed as an approved buyer from the platform with immediate effect
