RACING LEGENDS NEW WEBSITE

09/09/2016

Race organiser Motor Racing Legends, has launched a brand new website designed to offer competitors in their premier historic racing grids instant access to results, images and full race reports.

The website brings together new functions such as a photographic-led view of the premium events they visit including galleries and video content, as well as easy to find event information such as the timetables, final instructions and paddock plans. Imagery can also now be searched for by grid or by event, and results and entries can now also be viewed for all grids on one page.

Motor Racing Legends’ chairman Duncan Wiltshire is inviting racing competitors to explore the new site and commented “Since launching our first racing grid nearly fifteen years ago, the requirements of the digital site have changed enormously and we wanted to bring the website up to date as well as showcase our sponsors and highlight the incredible race photographs we have from every event.”

“Whilst the site has just gone live and is up to date with current events, it will take some time to complete the upload of the extensive archive of imagery and results we have going back 10 years or more but we hope to create a rich archive resource of racing history of who raced what, when and how it went.”

With the arrival of this new site following on from the 10th Anniversary celebrations of the Royal Automobile Woodcote Trophy grid earlier this year, Motor Racing Legends firmly cement their position as the UK’s leading historic race organisers.

Motor Racing Legend Pre-War Sports Car competitors have just returned from a successful race weekend at Zandvoort Historic Grand Prix and competitors for the Woodcote Trophy Stirling Moss Trophy and Historic Touring Car Challenge all head to Spa Francorchamps next week to race at the Spa Six Hour weekend.

Visit the new website to find results, photos and the race report from Zandvoort Historic Grand Prix as well as the Entry lists, Final Instructions and Timetable for next weekend’s Spa Six Hour meeting.
