
Infiniti continues its strong momentum with 1,085 vehicles sold in Europe in October, up 77% from October last year. Year-to-date the car manufacturer sold 14,261 cars – an increase of 147% compared to the same period last year. Across the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) region: 2,076 Infiniti vehicles were sold in October – 24% more than in October 2015 – totalling 24,802 this year so far. Strongest model in the entire region was again the Infiniti Q30, of which 9,400 have been sold since January.
In Western Europe, Infiniti’s strongest market in October was France: Sales went up to 269 vehicles – more than twice as many as in October 2015. Year-to-date, 3,470 Infiniti cars have been sold across the country – an increase of 232% in comparison to the same period of the year before. In Italy, 217 cars were sold, almost six times more than in October 2015, and this year so far, 1,913 Infiniti vehicles have been sold. In the UK, 119 customers reistered a new Infiniti in October, and 2,619 since the beginning of this year – an increase of more than 147% versus the previous year. In Germany, Infiniti was able to increase its sales by 85%. Since January, 1,794 cars were sold, an increase of 125%.

Globally, Infiniti achieved the best October sales month in its 27-year history. Total sales of more than 19,200 were up 5% versus October last year. From January to October, Infiniti set a new global record for sales in the first 10 months, with almost 184,000 vehicles sold, an increase of 6% compared to the same time last year.
